Tofino Builders is a development company that specializes in modern builds in Southwestern Ontario. We are passionate about creating beautiful and efficient residential homes and commercial space for our clients.
We were founded by 4 partners who each have unique experience in the development industry that ranges from within North America to Saudi Arabia. We plan to combine our experience to create projects that offer high quality, beautiful product options enhancing the landscape throughout Ontario.

Hassan Chauhan
Hassan has spent his career in the financial services industry, specifically in the wealth management space with his most recent role as VP Sales for CI Global Asset Management.
Hassan grew up in Southwestern Ontario and completed his schooling at University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business. He moved to Calgary in 2010 and immediately fell in love with Vancouver Island and Tofino's natural beauty.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business.
Harpreet Singh
Harpreet is a co-founder of Element Project Services (EPS) and an experienced Project Controls professional. He specializes in partnering with large corporations to implement effective project control processes and procedures, with a focus on improving capital efficiencies. He has successfully managed cost and schedule functions for various projects in the power, mining, and oil and gas industry, and his expertise enhances EPS' ability to customize their project delivery model to best suit their clients' needs.
Usman Khan
Usman has extensive experience in the commercial construction field as a partner in Stancon of Saudi Arabia. He has overseen projects of various sizes ranging from large warehouses, office complexes as well as shopping malls in the Middle East.
His experience includes managing teams of architects, engineers and contractors to plan and implement projects that meet client requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Mansoor Khan
Mansoor is an experienced and versatile construction professional, with a focus on the commercial and residential space. He has owned and operated his own construction business since 2014, and has extensive experience in both residential and commercial projects.
In addition to his work as a contractor, Mansoor is also the proud owner of Silver Maple Montessori Private School in Milton, Ontario.
